FAQ

Do you offer a Free Consultation?

We understand that going through Physical Therapy can be a scary process, and we are committed to helping you out. That’s why we offer a free consultation to discuss your case and your options. We’ll work with you to create a personalized therapy plan that’s right for you.

Who can benefit from physical therapy?

Anyone having a limitation due to pain, weakness, loss of motion or mobility, can be helped by physical therapy.

Do I need a prescription from my doctor before I start physical therapy?

We can perform an evaluation prior to getting a prescription, but current law requires we have one for continued treatment if it is necessary.

What should I wear to my appointments?

Loose fitting clothing that you would be comfortable exercising in is preferred. Also a closed toe or “sneaker” type shoe is most appropriate.

Can I bring my children or other family members to my appointments?

Due to patient privacy concerns we ask that family members and children remain home unless they are a caregiver for the patient.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 2 pm.

Will my insurance cover the cost of physical therapy?

We accept major health insurance plans and can verify your coverage before you begin treatment. Some insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician.
